Appropriates $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 from the general fund to the Commissioner of Human Services for supported decision making grants, available until June 30, 2027

Extends the reporting timeline for supported decision making grant programs by adding a final report due December 1, 2027

Changes the previously designated "final report" due December 1, 2025 to a "second interim report"

Reports must document grant impacts including number of grants awarded, organizations funded, people served, and evidence of increased utilization of supported decision making as an alternative to guardianship and conservatorship

Amends Laws 2023, chapter 61, which established the original supported decision making grant program
