Simplifies the statutory references for driver's license suspensions related to criminal vehicular operation and criminal vehicular homicide offenses by removing multiple specific clause citations and replacing them with broader subdivision references

Requires the Commissioner of Public Safety to suspend a driver's license when a peace officer certifies probable cause for criminal vehicular operation violations or when a person is formally charged with manslaughter or criminal vehicular offenses resulting from motor vehicle operation

Maintains the credit provision allowing time served under a pre-conviction license suspension to count toward any post-conviction revocation period

Requires peace officers to certify probable cause determinations and notify the Commissioner of Public Safety for applicable criminal vehicular operation violations

Effective date is August 1, 2025, applying to certifications and probable cause determinations made on or after that date
