Exempts food and beverage service establishments from Minnesota's mandatory fee disclosure requirements in advertisements, allowing restaurants, bars, and similar businesses to advertise prices without including all fees and surcharges in the displayed price

Removes the existing compliance provision that allowed food and beverage establishments (including hotels) to meet the law by disclosing the percentage of automatic and mandatory gratuities in their pricing

Adds food and beverage service establishments to the list of exemptions alongside motor vehicle dealers, utilities regulated by the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, and real estate settlement services

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 325D.44, subdivisions 1a and 1b, which govern deceptive trade practices related to price advertising
