Sample ballots included in such mailings must be accompanied by a statement clarifying they are not official ballots that can be cast by the voter

Required disclaimer statements must be printed in a clearly visible typeface and format, and mailing envelopes must include markings to distinguish them from official government election mail

Absentee ballot applications distributed by committees or private organizations cannot be preprinted with the voter's name, address, or any other registration information

Creates new section 211B.077 in Minnesota Statutes to codify these requirements
