Requires the Department of Public Safety to provide real-time online information showing next available road test appointment dates, times, and locations, with an option to search by address and sort results by distance

Mandates that at least 50% of road test appointments be available to book 3 months in advance, 75% available 2 months in advance, and 100% available 1 month in advance

Increases the fee for failing to appear or canceling a road test less than 24 hours before the appointment from $20 to $50

Creates a new $20 fee for canceling a road test between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time

Effective date is August 1, 2025 for examinations on or after that date
