Appropriates $15,000,000 from the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund to the Commissioner of Transportation for the transportation economic development program

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state trunk highway bonds up to $15,000,000 to fund the appropriation

Bond proceeds, excluding accrued interest and any premium from sales, must be deposited in the bond proceeds account in the trunk highway fund

Bond sales must follow procedures in Minnesota Statutes sections 167.50-167.52 and the Minnesota Constitution, article XIV, section 11
