Extends the termination date of Hermantown's local sales and use tax from December 31, 2036 to December 31, 2046, providing an additional 10 years of tax authority

Tax may terminate earlier if the Hermantown City Council determines sufficient funds have been collected to cover costs, including bonds and associated bond costs for specified uses

Any remaining funds after completion of improvements and bond retirement may be placed in the city's general fund

Effective the day following final enactment without requiring local approval
