Increases the maximum daily hours that family caregivers (parents, spouses, family foster parents, or legal guardians) who are licensed nurses can provide paid home care nursing services from 8 hours to 12 hours per day

Raises the weekly cap on home care nursing services provided by family caregivers from 40 hours to 60 hours per seven-day period

Adds new provision allowing family caregivers providing home care nursing services to be employed by more than one home care nursing agency simultaneously

Maintains existing requirements that services must prevent hospitalization, the caregiver must be a Minnesota-licensed nurse, and family-provided nursing cannot exceed 50% of total approved nursing hours

Effective July 1, 2025, or upon federal approval, whichever is later
