Defines "artificial intelligence" as a machine-based system that infers from inputs how to generate outputs including content, decisions, predictions, or recommendations capable of influencing physical or virtual environments

Grants the Minnesota Attorney General enforcement authority under section 8.31

Creates new section 325F.997 in Minnesota Statutes under consumer protection law
