Transfers administration of the Environmental Standards Procurement Task Force grant program from the Department of Administration to the Department of Transportation

Grant program provides funding to help Minnesota manufacturers obtain environmental product declarations, improve plant efficiencies for asphalt, ready-mix, and aggregate operations, or reduce greenhouse gas emissions

Appropriates $500,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2026 for the grant program, available until June 30, 2029

Allows up to 2% of the appropriation to be used for administrative costs

Effective the day following final enactment
