Authorizes reallocation of up to $10,000,000 in fiscal year 2025 across department divisions ($4,050,000 for incarceration/prerelease, $5,750,000 for community supervision, and $200,000 for administrative services) to meet other financial obligations

Sets total Department of Corrections appropriations at approximately $798 million in fiscal year 2024 and $826 million in fiscal year 2025, with base budgets established for fiscal years 2026-2027
