Exempts restaurants, hotels, bars, food concessions, grocery stores, and grocery delivery services from Minnesota's requirement to include all mandatory fees in advertised prices for individual food and beverage items sold directly to consumers

Removes the existing compliance provision that allowed food and beverage establishments to meet the law by disclosing the percentage of automatic and mandatory gratuities in their pricing

Allows banquet and catering services to qualify for the exemption if mandatory fees are clearly displayed with an explanation of their purpose on menus, contracts, or advertisements meeting FDA type-size requirements

Amends Minnesota Statutes section 325D.44, which defines deceptive trade practices as advertising prices that exclude mandatory fees or surcharges consumers must pay
