Lead agency assessors may authorize temporary CFSS services under the agency-provider model for up to 45 days without completing the full assessment process

Agency-providers must provide initial and annual orientation to CFSS information, policies, and participant protections when participants opt out of consultation services

Participants in the agency-provider model without consultation services will receive required information about person-centered planning, service choices, and program processes directly from their agency-provider instead of a consultation services provider
