Amends Minnesota Statutes section 169.974 to restrict where motorcycles may legally perform lane splitting and lane filtering

Permits motorcycles to overtake and pass vehicles within the same traffic lane only when traveling at no more than 25 mph and no more than 15 mph faster than surrounding traffic

Prohibits lane splitting/filtering in roundabouts, school zones, and on freeway or expressway on-ramps where vehicles are queued without active traffic control devices

Effective date is July 1, 2025
