Limits county levy for property assessment services in cities with their own appointed assessor located in counties with a first-class city and population of 400,000 or more (applicable to Hennepin County)

Restricts county assessment levy to cover only supervisory duties and limited administrative functions (clauses 1-4 of section 273.061, subdivision 8), not direct assessment work

Allows county levy to continue covering assessment services for smaller cities with populations under 30,000 persons

Effective beginning with assessment year 2026
