Repeals Minnesota Statutes sections 3.226 and 16C.053, which currently prohibit the legislature and state agencies from contracting with vendors that discriminate against Israel or entities doing business in Israel

Eliminates the existing requirement that vendors over the $50,000 contract threshold certify they do not engage in boycotts or other discriminatory actions against Israel as a condition of state contracts

Removes the anti-BDS (Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions) provisions that applied to both legislative and executive branch procurement

Effective the day following final enactment, applying to contracts solicited or entered into on or after that date
