Appropriates $425,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $425,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the St. Paul Transportation Management Organization for programming, service expansion, and public education to reduce vehicle miles traveled in the metropolitan area

Appropriates $105,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $105,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the Downtown Minneapolis Transportation Management Organization for programming and service expansion

Total appropriation is $1,060,000 over the biennium ($850,000 for St. Paul TMO and $210,000 for Minneapolis TMO)

Commissioner of transportation must make full grant payments by July 1 of each year and cannot retain any portion of the funds

All appropriations are designated as onetime funding
