Appropriates $200,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the Commissioner of Human Services for a grant to Thrive Family Recovery Resources

Funds will support education for families and workforce development, as well as nonbillable family peer services throughout Minnesota

Grant covers generational trauma work integrated into family systems and services for parents exiting incarceration or child protective services involvement

Total appropriation is $400,000 over the two-year period to help families heal together through recovery support services
