Requires applicants to submit a medical statement from a health professional confirming the cancer diagnosis and mobility impacts expected to last at least 30 days

Cancer-related certificates are valid for up to 12 months and grant parking privileges only when the vehicle is transporting the certificate holder

Amends existing disability parking statutes to incorporate the new cancer-related certificate category alongside permanent and temporary disability certificates

Health professionals who fraudulently certify eligibility remain subject to misdemeanor charges and a $500 fine
