Materials, supplies, and equipment used for construction, reconstruction, upgrade, expansion, renovation, or remodeling of the Chanhassen Bluffs Sports Complex are exempt from Minnesota sales and use tax

Exemption applies only to purchases made between November 1, 2025, and August 31, 2027

Sales tax must first be collected at the normal rate, then refunded to purchasers through the existing refund process under Minnesota Statutes section 297A.75

Refund amounts are appropriated from the state general fund to the Commissioner of Revenue
