Appropriates $1,000,000 from the general fund to Independent School District No. 318, Grand Rapids, for fiscal year 2026 to cover American Indian mascot removal and replacement costs required under Minnesota Statutes section 121A.041

Eligible reimbursement items include athletic uniforms, clocks, school signage, tribute markers, chairs, tables, entryway flooring, gymnasium flooring, athletic field artificial turf, and gymnasium wall mats

Expenses must have been incurred by the school district on or after June 1, 2023 to qualify for reimbursement

Funds are available until June 30, 2027, and designated as a onetime appropriation
