Amends Minnesota Statutes section 473.4465, subdivision 2, governing the use of regional transportation sales tax revenue by the Metropolitan Council

Requires the Metropolitan Council to share regional transportation sales tax revenue with all replacement service providers

Allocates 3.7 percent of regional transportation sales tax collected in the metropolitan area specifically to SouthWest Transit

Maintains existing revenue allocation structure: 5 percent for active transportation and 95 percent for transit system purposes including operations, maintenance, and capital projects
