Amends Minnesota Statutes section 626.553, subdivision 2, to add new reporting requirements when peace officers accidentally discharge firearms or discharge firearms due to negligence

Accidental or negligent discharge reports must include the firearm's make, model, and caliber

Reports must also include information on firearm accessories such as lights, lasers, and holsters

Accessory information must specify whether each accessory was factory-installed or an after-market addition

These enhanced details must be included in both the individual incident notification and the biennial legislative report filed by November 15 of each even-numbered year
