Expands allowable expenditures for City of Wayzata Tax Increment Financing District No. 6 beyond standard geographic restrictions under Minnesota Statutes section 469.1763, subdivision 2

Authorizes TIF funds for design and construction of Eco Park, including shoreline restoration, marsh and water quality improvements, lakeside boardwalk pier extension, and eco-living classrooms

Permits TIF expenditures for restoration of the Section Foreman House to create a learning center and community space

Allows TIF spending for expansion and remodeling of Depot Park with accessibility improvements, all related to the Panoway on Wayzata Bay project

Effective date contingent upon City of Wayzata governing body and chief clerical officer complying with local approval requirements under Minnesota Statutes section 645.021
