Authorizes the city of Robbinsdale to impose a local sales and use tax of up to 0.5% if approved by voters at a local election

Tax revenues must fund the Public Works Facility Project, up to $40,000,000 plus associated bonding costs and administrative expenses

City may issue bonds up to $40,000,000 principal to finance the project; bonds are excluded from city debt limitations and do not require a separate voter approval

Tax expires at the earlier of 20 years after first imposed or when sufficient revenue has been collected to cover project and bonding costs

Effective the day after the city's governing body and chief clerical officer comply with state filing requirements
