City of Plymouth authorized to impose a local sales and use tax of up to 0.5% if approved by voters at a general election

Tax revenues designated for three projects totaling $120,000,000: $45 million for Plymouth Ice Center improvements and City Center public parking ramp; $40 million for Plymouth Community Center improvements including a permanent fieldhouse; and $35 million for regional sports complexes

City may issue bonds up to $120,000,000 (plus issuance costs) to finance the projects, with bonds excluded from city debt limitations and not requiring a separate voter approval election

Tax expires at the earlier of 20 years after first imposed or when sufficient revenue has been collected to cover all project and bond costs

City must adopt a resolution approving the tax by June 30, 2025, or 30 days after enactment, whichever is later
