Requires the Commissioner of Human Rights to consult with the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to create and distribute an educational poster informing employees of their rights under the Human Rights Act

Mandates the notice be available in English and the five most common languages spoken in Minnesota

Notice must include information about an individual's right to file a charge with the commissioner or bring a civil action under section 363A.33, subdivision 1

Employers must post and maintain the notice in a location where employee notices are customarily displayed in the workplace

Effective date is July 1, 2027
