School district and charter school employees are prohibited from consenting to federal, state, or local officials entering school sites for immigration enforcement purposes unless presented with a valid judicial warrant

School employees must request valid identification from officials and limit access to only areas specified in the judicial warrant

Employees who grant entry to immigration enforcement officials must immediately notify the district superintendent (or charter school administrator) and the school's legal counsel

The restriction does not apply to officials administering state or federally supported educational programs

Includes a severability clause ensuring remaining provisions stay in effect if any portion is found unconstitutional; effective the day following final enactment
