Common interest community boards must provide declarants with any documents the declarant is required to deliver to purchasers at no cost to the declarant

Amends Minnesota Statutes section 515B.4-101, which governs disclosure statement requirements for common interest communities (condominiums, townhomes, etc.)

Declarants (typically developers) are legally required to deliver disclosure statements to unit purchasers and are liable for false or misleading statements in those documents

The bill adds a new subsection (g) to existing law, creating a mandatory obligation for association boards to supply these disclosure documents without charging the declarant
