Establishes a voluntary climate literacy seal for graduating high school students who complete at least two approved climate literacy courses and a final experiential learning project focused on climate change effects in their local community.

Students may fulfill the experiential project requirement through capstone projects, internships, community projects, laboratory experiments, original artwork/writing, or student-led programming with approved providers including schools, nonprofits, businesses, or media outlets.

Participating schools must annually inform students in grades 6-12 about seal requirements, notate the seal on qualifying students' transcripts at no charge, and may affix it to diplomas.

Schools must collect and report annual data to the Commissioner of Education by October 1 starting in 2027, including number of seals awarded, project types completed, and courses taken.

Commissioner of Education must submit annual reports to legislative education committees by January 15 starting in 2028, summarizing participation data from schools statewide.
