Extends the deadline for ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories to perform cannabis testing from January 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027

Applies specifically to testing of lower-potency hemp edibles and hemp-derived consumer products that do not contain intoxicating cannabinoids

Allows these products to continue being tested by generally accredited laboratories rather than requiring state-licensed cannabis testing facilities during the extension period

Takes effect the day following final enactment
