Expands Medical Assistance chiropractic coverage from only individuals under age 21 to all eligible enrollees, removing the previous age restriction

Broadens covered services to include treatment for acute spinal pain, chronic spinal pain, and neuromusculoskeletal conditions, including medical evaluation, manual therapy, spinal manipulation, and therapeutic exercises

Maintains the 24-visit annual limit for services (excluding x-rays), with prior authorization available for additional visits

Limits x-ray coverage to radiological examinations of the spine, pelvis, or sacroiliac joints that are necessary to support a subluxation diagnosis

Repeals the separate MinnesotaCare chiropractic coverage provision (section 256L.03, subdivision 3b), effective January 1, 2027, or upon federal approval
