Prohibits health insurers, utilization review organizations, and claims administrators from requiring prior authorization for prescription drugs an enrollee has been using continuously for the preceding six months

Amends Minnesota Statutes section 62M.07, subdivision 2, which already prohibits prior authorization for emergency services, outpatient mental health/substance use treatment, certain cancer treatments, preventive services, pediatric hospice, and neonatal abstinence programs

Applies to health benefit plans offered, sold, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2026
