Appropriates $2,216,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Hibbing for sanitary sewer system improvements

Funds will be used to predesign, design, and construct structural liners inside existing sanitary sewer mains to mitigate inflow and infiltration

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $2,216,000 under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675
