Appropriates $14,400,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Board of Trustees of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for Rochester Community and Technical College

Funds will design, renovate, furnish, and equip space for Career and Technical Education programs at the Heintz Center

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $14,400,000 under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675
