Cancels the unencumbered balance from the Blue Line light rail transit extension project appropriation (originally from Laws 2023, chapter 68, as amended in 2024) to the general fund on June 29, 2027

Redirects the canceled funds to the Metropolitan Council for developing an arterial bus rapid transit line along the same corridor originally planned for the Blue Line extension

Designates the reappropriated amount as a onetime appropriation available until June 30, 2029

Effective immediately upon final enactment
