Amends Minnesota Statutes section 1.148 to correct the Ojibwe spelling of wild rice from "manomin" to "manoomin"

Adds the Dakota name "psíŋ" as an official alternative name for wild rice alongside the scientific names (Zizania aquatica or Zizania palustris)

Establishes state policy recognizing the "inherent right of uncultivated wild rice to exist and thrive in Minnesota"

Updates the photograph display provision in the Office of the Secretary of State to include the corrected spelling and additional Indigenous name
