Removes the July 1, 2027 expiration date from Minnesota's law prohibiting drug manufacturers from restricting delivery of 340B prescription drugs, making the prohibition permanent

Classifies violations of 340B drug delivery restrictions as unfair or deceptive trade practices under Minnesota Statutes section 8.31

Grants the Attorney General authority to enforce violations of the 340B drug access provisions

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 62J.96 by adding a new subdivision (Subd. 4) for enforcement and repealing the existing expiration provision (Subd. 3)
