Amends Minnesota Statutes section 363A.03, subdivision 44, to modify the definition of "sexual orientation" under the Minnesota Human Rights Act

Defines sexual orientation as emotional, physical, or sexual attraction to others based on sex or gender identity, including attraction to men, women, both, neither, or people who are genderqueer, androgynous, or have other gender identities

Adds new exclusionary language specifying that sexual orientation "does not include a physical or sexual attraction to children by an adult"
