Amends Minnesota Statutes section 151.01 to exclude the use of flavoring agents from the legal definition of "compounding" for prescription drugs

Adds a new statutory definition of "flavoring agent" as a therapeutically inert, nonallergenic substance consisting of inactive ingredients added to improve a drug's taste and palatability

Allows pharmacists to add flavoring to medications without triggering the regulatory requirements associated with drug compounding
