Appropriates $4,103,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Natural Resources for a grant to the city of Prior Lake

Funds will design and construct three segments of a bituminous, multi-use trail along the west side of Trunk Highway 13

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $4,103,000 to finance the project

Trail will provide community connectivity, safe routes to schools, improved accessibility, recreational opportunities, and enhanced pedestrian and bicyclist safety

Effective the day following final enactment
