Amends Minnesota Statutes section 129D.17 to add eligibility requirements for children's museum competitive grants funded by the arts and cultural heritage fund

Restricts grant eligibility to applicants classified under A52 of the National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE), the IRS classification specifically for children's museums

Applies to state agencies or other appropriation recipients administering competitive grant programs exclusively for children's museums

Allows use of analogous codes from any successor classification system if the NTEE system is replaced
