Affected area lies west of 3rd Street and County Road 75 in the city of St. Paul Park

Requires the Commissioner of Natural Resources to amend the official map under Minnesota Rules, part 6106.0100, subpart 9, to reflect the redesignation

Map amendment is exempt from standard rulemaking requirements under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 14

Effective date contingent upon St. Paul Park's governing body and chief clerical officer complying with Minnesota Statutes, section 645.021, subdivisions 2 and 3
