Appropriates $3,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for a grant to Benton County

Funds will be used to design, construct, and equip improvements to the Benton County Government Center, including related site and infrastructure improvements

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,000,000 under Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675
