Prohibits prior authorization and step therapy requirements for all FDA-approved drugs used to treat opioid use disorder under Minnesota's Medical Assistance (Medicaid) program

Removes existing language that specifically exempted liquid methadone from prior authorization requirements, replacing it with the broader opioid use disorder drug exemption

Amends Minnesota Statutes section 256B.0625, subdivision 13f, which governs prior authorization for prescription drugs under Medical Assistance

Mirrors existing protections already in place for HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention drugs, which are similarly exempt from prior authorization and step therapy requirements
