Moves the deadline for the association to verify assessment accuracy from May 30, 2029 to March 15, 2029

Removes the requirement for the association to remit assessments to the commissioner by August 15, 2028 for deposit in the premium security plan account

Clarifies that the reinsurance tax credit applies to "taxpayers" rather than "insurance companies" and makes technical language corrections throughout the statute
