Adds domestic violence as a required subject area for licensed professional counselor (LPC) degree programs and requires 2 of the 40 continuing education hours to be on domestic violence topics

Requires licensed independent clinical social workers (LICSW) to complete 30 clock hours of domestic violence coursework as part of their 72 required clock hours in social work values, ethics, cultural context, diversity, and social policy

Applies to multiple mental health professions regulated under Minnesota Statutes Chapter 148, amending education and continuing education requirements across psychologists, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, and clinical social workers
