Maintains existing program funding including $634,000 annually for dairy development, $100,000 annually for farmer mental health outreach, and over $18 million annually for the agricultural growth, research, and innovation program

Commissioner of Agriculture may use up to 7.5% of appropriated funds for administrative costs of grant and financial assistance programs
