Appropriates $500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Commissioner of Transportation for a grant to Washington County

Funds will construct safety and congestion reduction improvements at the intersection of County State Aid Highway 18 (Bailey Road) and County State Aid Highway 19 (Woodbury Drive) in Woodbury

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue up to $500,000 in state bonds to fund the appropriation

Bond issuance must comply with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7

Effective the day following final enactment
