When a court declares an agency rule invalid for violating constitutional provisions, exceeding statutory authority, or improper rulemaking procedures, the agency head must report to relevant legislative committees within 30 days with a copy of the court's decision

For contested case decisions appealed via writ of certiorari, agency heads must provide copies of the writ to legislative committees within 30 days of filing, and must provide the court's decision within 30 days of issuance

Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 14.44, 14.45, and 14.63 to add these legislative notification requirements to existing administrative procedures law
